Refund Policy for Qerioo.com

This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, store credits, and refunds are handled for purchases made through Qerioo.com ("Qerioo," "we," "us," or "our"). Shopify allows merchants to publish a dedicated return and refund policy, and recommends that merchants review and customize policy templates carefully before publishing them to customers.
Because Qerioo.com sells clothing, this policy is designed for apparel ecommerce and should be read together with the Store’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Return Window

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, the customer should contact Qerioo.com within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the issue. If the claim is approved, Qerioo.com may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

6. Return Shipping

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return results from an error made by Qerioo.com.

7. Exchanges

8. Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, although the customer’s bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.

9. Store Credit
In some situations, Qerioo.com may offer store credit instead of a refund, especially for exchange requests, approved exceptions, or where this is agreed with the customer. 10. Order Cancellations

Qerioo.com reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors, or payment problems, in which case any approved payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
11. Chargebacks and Abuse Prevention
Qerioo.com reserves the right to investigate suspicious returns, repeated refund requests, wardrobe-use behavior, or other activity suggesting abuse of the return system.
