Terms of Service
Terms of Service for Qerioo.com
Effective Date: May 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Qerioo.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from the Site. Shopify provides merchants with a Terms of Service policy framework through the store policies section, and merchants are expected to customize it to reflect their actual business practices and legal obligations.
By visiting the Site or purchasing from Qerioo.com ("Qerioo," "we," "us," or "our"), the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms. If a customer does not agree to these Terms, the Site or services should not be used.
1. Online Store Use
By using this Site, the customer confirms that they are at least the age of majority in their state, province, or country of residence, or that they have given consent for a minor dependent to use the Site where permitted by law. The Site may not be used for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and users must not violate any applicable laws when using the Store.
A breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the Site or refusal of service.
2. Products and Services
Qerioo.com sells clothing and related apparel products through its Shopify storefront. Product listings, descriptions, images, sizes, colors, and availability may change at any time without notice, and online apparel stores commonly state that products are subject to availability and that display variations can occur depending on screens and devices.
Qerioo.com reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at its discretion, including where inventory errors, pricing issues, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business concerns arise.
3. Pricing and Billing
All prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice. Qerioo.com aims to present accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occasionally occur, and terms for ecommerce stores commonly reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or availability errors and to cancel or refuse affected orders.
The customer agrees to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. Orders may be canceled or limited if billing information is inaccurate, payment cannot be processed, or suspicious activity is detected.
Applicable taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, or other charges may be added at checkout depending on the shipping destination and the nature of the order.
4. Order Acceptance
An order placed on Qerioo.com is an offer to purchase and is not automatically accepted simply because an order confirmation email was sent. Terms for fashion and ecommerce stores commonly clarify that orders remain subject to acceptance, stock availability, and successful payment authorization.
Qerioo.com reserves the right to reject, cancel, or limit any order for any lawful reason, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified during payment verification.
If an order is canceled after payment has been taken, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Qerioo.com will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframes displayed on the Site or communicated during checkout, but delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Ecommerce policy guidance recommends that store terms address delivery timelines, delays, and customer expectations around shipping performance.
Qerioo.com is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for products may pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier or upon delivery to the customer, depending on applicable law and the fulfillment arrangement used for the order.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by Qerioo.com’s separate Refund Policy, which should be read together with these Terms. Shopify’s store policy system supports separate legal pages for terms, privacy, refund, and related customer policies, and those policies should remain consistent with one another.
Where a separate Refund Policy applies, that policy will control the eligibility, deadlines, condition requirements, and refund process for returned items.
7. Accuracy of Information
Qerioo.com does not guarantee that all information on the Site is always complete, current, or error-free. General ecommerce terms commonly state that website content is provided for general information and may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may be corrected at any time without prior notice.
Customers should not rely solely on Site content when making important decisions and should contact the Store when clarification is needed about products, sizing, shipping, or policies.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Qerioo.com, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, product photography, website design, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Qerioo.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Terms guidance for apparel and ecommerce stores commonly includes a clause restricting unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use of store content.
No portion of the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
9. Prohibited Uses
The Site may not be used:
-
To upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
-
To interfere with the security or operation of the Site or Shopify infrastructure.
-
To collect or track personal information of others without authorization.
-
To infringe intellectual property rights or misuse content from the Store.
Qerioo.com reserves the right to terminate use of the Site for violations of these Terms.
10. Third-Party Tools and Links
The Site may provide access to third-party tools, applications, payment services, social platforms, or links to external websites. Terms used in Shopify environments commonly note that such third-party services may be provided "as is" and that merchants are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies from those providers.
11. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the Site is handled in accordance with Qerioo.com’s Privacy Policy. Ecommerce legal guidance recommends linking terms and privacy disclosures because customers should be informed how personal data is collected, used, and shared when using the store.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless otherwise expressly stated. Standard ecommerce terms commonly disclaim implied warranties to the extent allowed by applicable law, while recognizing that some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations.
Qerioo.com does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Site.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qerioo.com and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or purchase of products from the Store. Terms guidance for fashion and ecommerce stores commonly includes limitations on indirect damages and business interruption claims.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qerioo.com and its affiliates, partners, service providers, and personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of a breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of law or third-party rights. Indemnity clauses are standard in ecommerce terms frameworks and Shopify-style legal templates.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will still be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion will be deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
16. Termination
These Terms remain effective unless and until terminated by Qerioo.com or the customer. Qerioo.com may terminate or suspend access to the Site at any time without notice if a user is believed to have violated these Terms or applicable law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements through which products or services are provided shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the business location used by Qerioo.com, unless another mandatory law applies based on the customer’s location. General terms guidance recommends identifying governing law and ensuring the clause reflects the merchant’s actual legal setup.
Because Qerioo.com lists an address in Sheridan, Wyoming, the Store may choose to state that Wyoming law governs, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s jurisdiction apply. This clause should be reviewed to ensure it matches the store’s real legal entity structure and selling regions.
18. Changes to Terms
Qerioo.com reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on the Site. Shopify policy guidance explains that merchants can publish and update store policy pages through the Shopify admin, and users should review updated terms periodically.
Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
